    Always forgets food, especially when I have it delivered. Closes earlier than what the hours say alot, never answers the phone.

    I've never been one to leave bad reviews but enough is enough, stopped by my town Wendy's tonight after my daughter wanted wendys, now I've not been eating Wendy's or even McDonald's latley because of the decline in customer service and not good food but we went, from the moment the person came on the intercom to the window and waiting 10mins for food, getting home and my burger was not even in there. They were out of frosty, had nothing but tea and zero drinks, we were not told that at the window when ordering and you forgot my freaking burger.. And no we didnt get one straw to go with the drinks we didn't want but had to get. Don't worry, I won't be back for a very very very long time!!! Dissatisfied at a whole new level

    I went around 9pm and it was a horrible experience, lady for one had horrible tonality on the intercom but when I asked for my meal she said she will only be able to make me a medium fry so when I said well I’m not sure if I want that if it’s your last bit of done fries and instead of saying we have to make more fries she said “so you don’t want the order?” I just left…..this store has been going down hill since they opened and I didn’t feel like arguing with someone who was clearly having a bad night. Makes sense why every other drive through was packed except theirs.

    Made an order through the drive thru and when I went to the window to pay, I realized that I didn't have my wallet with me. After scuffing around to see if I misplaced it, the manager on duty told me he would cover it. I did drive back to my office to find my wallet and went back to Wendys to pay. Manager stated that he appreciated me coming back but he took care of it. Listen up world- There still are good people out there. I will be spreading the news of his good deed. Now just to find a chain for my wallet. Lol
