  This place is excellent...at screwing up an order. I can always count on this location to incorrectly fulfill my order. I order the same 3 items every single time, no frills or add ons, exactly like they are made from the menu, except I get the beef chalupa Supreme. One time I tried to switch up my order and get a beef soft taco...they made the soft taco with refried beans instead of beef. Last time I got a chicken chalupa instead of beef, this time they rolled up my cantina chicken quesadilla into a burrito! If I wanted a burrito, I would have ordered one. Is there anyone working there that knows how to make simple items off your menu? Anyone at all? We have few options here in Richlands and when my order continues to get messed up, I have even fewer options. Picture of my "quesadilla" for reference.

  It’s a Taco Bell so it’s hit or miss depending on locality. We were passing through town and in a hurry. From a hit or miss standpoint, it was a hit. The food was hot and fresh, and came out quickly. The service was also very friendly.
