  Food was pretty good the workers zamara and julia I think their names were did really good. They made a great costumer experience and I would return because of it. I recommend they get at least a 5 dollar raise for the quality work they do.

  Extreme rude, walked in wasn't greeted. Was told they were going to be closed by the time they finished what they were doing... And wasn't going to be able to take my order. Spend omyoir money elsewhere.

  Kayla and Michala were rude and didn’t even ask what bread I wanted just looked at me like I was stupid.

  If I could I would give this place ZERO stars!! TERRIBLE customer service from the employee. I do not have a name, only a host ID : VCLLZ49NVTDKGX62 We placed an online order for pick up, 3 different subs with different breads/ingredients. I get there and there was no one up front. The food was all uncovered and completely messy. I waited there for 5-10 minutes until a girl came up carrying a box with gloves on. She asked me what I wanted and I told her I had a pick up order. She proceeded to hand me an open bag on the counter with no napkins, receipt or anything. She barely spoke at all and disappeared. I get home and my family and I prepare to eat our subs when we realize they are messed up. All the wrong types of bread, missing ingredients, subs not even cut and over all terribly put together. We call them and the girl is instantly disrespectful. Proceeds to say how she didn't mess up anything and what do we want to do about, that she's not going to do anything about it, that we just want free subs and that she was going to call the police on us. Never have I ever been so DISRESPECTED by someone in food service over THEIR MISTAKE. We asked for the manager and she says they aren't there and don't know when they will ever come in. Asked if they were going to do nothing about the situation and she said correct and proceeded to hang up the phone mid sentence. I am APPALLED!!! The time was between 8:30-9pm today.

  Avoid! Ordered subs on app. Got them home and all 3 subs were wrong. I called back to see how they could make this right and a female on the phone talked to me as if I was a piece of trash!! I work very hard to be able to enjoy food out sometimes. She thought she put me on hold, and she said to someone that i was “probably” trying to get free food!!! I asked for a manager and was told there was not one! I asked when would one be there and she said never. She said eat the subs and hung up! I am in shock. I will be fighting this with my bank. Take your money somewhere where they care. What is happening to customer service?
