  This gentlemen here was so kind. It’s 9:45 so it’s a night shift I can’t remember what his name was on his name tag because mom brain. But he was seriously so kind and could tell from the get go he’s a hard worker. He’s bald and was on headset and just had a big smile on his face making drinks,packing food bags and taking orders. So kind and it’s hard to have a smile always on ur face when ur on drive thru. It be a lot I worked it for years. But just wanted to say great personality need more gentlemen like him!

  I placed a mobile order at 9pm 1/4/26 and I received cold chicken tenders, my french fry’s were barely warm.

  I'm only giving 5 stars because I love Wendy's and they have the best prices and deals and I eat it all the time. However this review is for the management team. Please do something about your cold breakfast. I came through this morning and ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant combo with American cheese instead of Swiss. The bun was not toasted and cold. I honestly think the bacon was left over from yesterday in the fatty grease on it was white because it was so cold. I substituted American cheese for Swiss and my American cheese was not melted at all. The only thing that was lukewarm was the egg. I ended up taking two bites and spitting the sandwich out of my mouth, again probably cuz bacon is not chewable and it's from yesterday. My fries were very cold flimsy and undercooked. Come on Wendy get it together. You're better than this!

  Too slow and they are going to make you pull forward so they can pad their numbers and make it look like they do a good job when they suck .
