  When you go, pay for your purchase with cash...my total was $16.01, I handed the cashier a 20 dollar bill and 1 penny. She handed me back 3 dollar bills and 99 cent in change...I was so mind blown; I looked at her, looked at the money she put in my hand, looked back at her and the window closed. I sat there waiting for my drinks and pondering if I should say something or not because she wasn't exactly the nicest person to begin with. It seemed to annoy her that I paid with cash to begin with. As someone who personally worked fast food in my younger years, basic math was mandatory to be at a register (and a smile/polite attitude.) Maybe that should be part of the standard interview; to require potential employees to do basic math problems to be able to get a job? Management at Richlands NC Dunkin please train your employees to smile/speak and count money in order to be in a drive thru window or front line register dealing with the public and our money.

  $5.33 for a coffee and doughnut. Have to guess a doughnut cause not on drive though menu. Never offer what they actually have. Then expect a tip. I used to love there doughnuts but now they all seem to taste the same.

  Quick workers and Def made my coffee just right! Wish I paid attention I wanted it iced but that's my fault it tastes so good hot as well! I got the pepmocha siglat. Ugh so amazing 😅 also a great prego craving y'all fulfilled that one for me🩷 love everything about my order, the nice workers and the quick service! Keep up the good work y'all🩷

  I go to this Dunkin on a regular- as in 5-7 days a week. It’s typically everyday unless I do not have time. With that being said, there are many inconsistencies. I do not typically mind this because as the issues arise I either call for a remake (the days I’m running behind) or ask for a remake while in line. I understand there being inconsistencies when I am there that frequently- as someone who has worked in food service I understand when you get slammed with orders sometimes products lose their quality. This is why I kindly ask for a remake- no need to be snappy about it! With that being said, today I had an issue with my coffee (it was a large cookie butter iced coffee with oatmilk). When I ordered it two days prior (exact same coffee, made the exact same) it was delicious! No complaints whatsoever. Today though, it tasted like burnt water with no flavor. It’s leaving a bitter film on my tongue!! I can’t even drink it unfortunately. 😕 I called and explained the issue, and asked if I could come by tomorrow to have it remade- as I did not have time to come back today before work (I would’ve come back today had the line not been wrapped around the building). The lady I spoke to denied remaking it for me, and said she would contact her manager as “I hear complaints from you one to two times a week.” I would understand this being an issue if I only came by this location a few times a week and filed complaints each time, but I am here everyday!! I truly do not understand why there is such a wide range of quality, as typically I rotate between two or three different coffees every time I visit. I believe that if I am paying as much as I am each day, I should be able to expect consistency on the products I am ordering/paying for. It should not taste like burnt flavorless coffee one day, And perfect the next!! I have also had consistent issues with the food I’ve ordered, But not as much as the coffee. It really depends on who’s working that day on how your food/drink is going to come out. It’s either going to be great or disgusting- No in between. Unfortunately I will NOT be returning to this location again, and significantly cutting back on my visits to Dunkin in general. It really sucks because this is the closest location to me, and was a regular part of me and my pups day. Two stars because on average the staff is kind, understanding, and willing to fix their mistakes. Would offer a higher rating if there was more consistency with products. If this didn’t happen today I would continue to give my business/time to this location, But with the conversation I experienced today, And the never-ending inconsistencies in product unfortunately I cannot return.
