    Had the worst experience ever at Bojangles!! Stayed a very lo g ti.e in drive thru. I was the only car in drive thru. They eventually gave me some of my order then asked me to park for the rest. I looked at what was in the bag and the fries were old and hard. The sandwich was old and the bread was hard and not toasted. I was not about to pay for that!!! I demanded a refund. I will NEVER go back to this spot!!. I made sure not to stop nowhere in Richlands because of thst disgusting food they tried to serve me🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

    Did a mobile order this morning at 8:46 and when I got still didn’t have it ready didn’t know nothing about it and it took over 20 minutes to get it. Everyone in there has a shitty attitude.

    I wish I could do 0 stars Wont answer the phone and I ordered a little bit ago, my chicken wasn't fully done, my dirty rice was a greasy mess and my drink that was supposed to a sweet tea was unsweetened! I will be going up there TONIGHT and I want a refund or my whole order remade!

    My husband picked up food from this establishment tonight and I bit in and the chicken was completely RAW inside and they didn’t give us everything we ordered. I did get a refund but I don’t think that’s satisfactory for something that can make me extremely sick. The staff needs to be completely retrained if they can’t leave chicken in a deep fryer for long enough to cook it.

    Hello so after reading the first 5 reviews. I’m actually shocked that Carrie Menger the night manager still is even employed here. She is absolutely the rudest person I have ever encountered here at the Richlands location. Normally the morning shift are always so nice and sweet. Tonight I decided to grab dinner after basketball. They pull me to the side to wait on my food/biscuits. They finally bring me everything 15 mins later. I drive home about 25 mins.. I open my food and there’s no sauce. That I specifically ask the worker when she brought me my food. So I drive back & I walk in. And immediately Carrie looks me up and down with the stankest face. Asks me how can I help you. I tell her how I didn’t get my sauce with my food. And this isn’t the first time. About 2 weeks ago I didn’t get my sauce again. But they’re quick to charge you for an extra sauce. Anyways she asks me what sauce was it. I tell her. But then I tell her I want my food replaced completely because now it’s cold and I still have to drive home. She rolls her eyes. Grabs the box and chucks it so hard into the trash can. At this point I don’t even want the food anymore. So I let her know she can actually just refund me. Because I don’t need this attitude. I don’t need to be treated like crap. When her employees messed up my food. She is not pissed pissed. Tells me “she can’t stand customers like me”. Not sure what’s that supposed to mean? Customers who want their food correct the first time. Or customers who are Hispanic. She continued yelling and going off. Telling me she’s going to call her boss etc. which is cool I contacted corporate. And from the looks of the reviews I’ll be making sure corporate sees these reviews as well. She needs a new job. Maybe one from home. Because her attitude stinks! She doesn’t need to work in a place with customers.
