  90 sanitation score is a major turn-off. Will not be purchasing food from this restaurant.

  The manager was awful. Apparently the young man was new or very inexperienced, she would get very ugly with him. He was the only one taking orders as he didn't know what to do. A group in front of me had a $60 order, you know how I know how much the order was? She kept saying it. Don't take anymore orders until we are done with this $60 order. I told you not to take anymore orders until we finish this $60 order. He had to keep calling her over and we both got really frustrated. The food was great though...except I didn't spend $60.

  This place is like the wafflehouse of the wendys world i saw the cashier fight a drunken homeless man in the foyer the cook was nodding bad but the service was top tier and food was fire the tussle landed on around the corner which ruined the dinner and a show aspect of the whole experience thats why i only gave 3 stars. Will be coming back hopefully the show isnt cut short by richfield division next go round.

  The restaurant was clean and the food was great. The only issue was the frosty machine was down.

  Can't even get simple items, specifically FROSTYS, that are ON THEIR MENU right. Like they don't know what they're supposed to be able to serve, what the names are and 'oh I don't know if we have that'. Checked online, yep, it's there and says it's available for this location but god forbid they actually know how to make the frostys on their menu. And don't order the Baconator fries, because it's the same kind of train wreck. They need to actually train their staff properly. Everyone was nice, yes, but I won't be back and won't recommend anyone go for the foreseeable future.
