- SYStacey Annie YeagerApr 3, 20261.0I am literally on the phone for the third time in a row now calling because I paid for six cookies and I was only given three. And the earliest I can go back is tomorrow morning. I also do still have the receipt.
- LCLena CookApr 2, 20261.0I went to this location normally it’s fine. But on April 02,26 I placed my order online as always. My son went in they had no cheese or white bread so my son told them no thank you. They advised him to request the refund online and he came out. I went in for help on requesting the refund because I didn’t see the option. There was at least 5 people working but no one knew how to request a refund online. I went to the car and googled it, what I should’ve did in the first place. In order to request online it has to be within 10 minutes of ordering. Needless to say I’m at Jersey Mike’s getting ready to pay for another meal hopefully we get this one.

We went back at 12 cause i was just gonna pay and order my sandwich in store, my order was now ready. As we were walking out the door, the lady my sister spoke to when she went in previously said " yall must of done something." we walked back and said "what?" and the manager on duty looked at us waved us out and said " we don't need all that." i am currently trying to find a way to get a hold of the owner of the store or the regional manager.
