  My name is Angel and I just left the establishment the staff was really nice I understand that they were very busy that’s not my issue but I tipped very well over the usual tip But I asked for green peppers onions and banana peppers on my pizza and this is what I received. I work in customer service and understand busy but also should make sure orders are done right I’m kind of disappointed and I’ve called about 10 times with no answer! I think that’s the bad part about it not being able to resolve the situation. Don’t think I’ll be back at this location

  They were rude on the phone, they were extremely rude to the driver that delivered our food. They also charged me for sauces but that was what they were rude to the drivers about, was giving us the sauce WE PAID FOR. It's sauce....? Why be rude y'all?

  People, at least most people, don't keep a list of the worst food they've ever eaten. Neither do I, but if I did, the medium pepperoni pizza I just got from this place would have been in the top three for sure. IDK how a pizza place gets pepperoni pizza wrong, but here we are. Dry like a Popeyes biscuit. Supposedly hand tossed, but flat like a cracker crust and devoid of any flavor. Pepperoni tasted old? They say "No one outpizzas the Hut," well right now Totino's is out pizzing you.

  Called in 3 Pizzas. Said would be 20 minutes. Got there in 25. Paid. It was then I was told they were behind and it would be a little longer. I went to Lowes foods to grab a few things. Gone for 15 more minutes then got back in drive thru line. I was the 4th car in line. It took almost another 40 minutes to get to the window. At the window, I waited another 10 minutes before anyone bothered to come, even though 3 people walked by. Finally got my order after almost 1 hr and 40 minutes. When I got home, one of the was made wrong. Is no wonder people don't go there anymore. I usually go to dominos or furstys, but wanted to give the hut another try. Big mistake.
