  Oh no… you had to wait a few minutes for a menu and your drink didn’t teleport to the table? And your food took time to actually be cooked? Truly devastating. That’s called a busy restaurant—not bad service. Fursty’s has a hardworking staff and owners who actually care enough to fix problems—if you bring them up like an adult instead of running to Facebook afterward. Shocking concept, I know. Also, the fact that someone asked a question to make sure your order was right? The horror. Imagine employees trying to do their job correctly. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The food is consistently great (especially the grilled chicken), and the people working are doing exactly what they’re supposed to do—serve multiple tables at once, not cater to one person’s unrealistic timeline. If you expect instant service, zero wait, and perfection every second, maybe dining out isn’t for you. But sure—keep posting complaints instead of addressing it in the moment. That’ll definitely fix it.

  I just tried to place a to go order from Furtsys. I placed an order for a large one topping pizza. My topping was pepperoni. I got there to pay for it, and the woman was trying to charge me extra for pepperoni. An older white woman with gray hair. I asked her why I was being charged extra for a one topping pizza when I only got one topping. She said that the cheese was a topping... it is in fact not. And though it was only I think probably two dollars extra, the price didn’t matter. Ain’t no telling how many people they do this too.

  I've been eating furstys since their Madison location and their quality and service has followed them as well. Great pizza with a well maintained buffet and a salad bar as well.

  The pizza had great flavor and was definitely a hit with the kids. The wings were tasty too, with plenty of seasoning. I’d love to see a hotter option added, along with a few more flavor varieties, and it would be perfect if the pizza came out just a bit sooner for that ideal cheese pull. All in all, the food was delicious, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Thank you!!!
