The lady who took my money was very nice and apologized for the wait. THEN, I went to the next window to pick up the food. I ordered unsweetened tea. I took a sip and it was very sweet. I nicely asked for unsweetened. He argued saying it was unsweetened. I laughed and told him to taste it and he snatched it from me and eventually handed me a new one. He said "taste it and see if that's good enough for you" in a really nasty way. This time it was unsweetened. Wow!
