Staff was friendly and service was fast. It was clean inside and the food tasted good. They did run out of my favorite bread but it happens.

Ordered online to be delivered by DoorDash. Had to order twice because the original order only placed half of the order. Ordered and paid for 2-12” subs, received one 12” sub and one 6” sub. Second sub was supposed to be toasted, but was not. The Dasher was absolutely terrific! She rocked and made sure we received our complete order, but she couldn’t make sure there were 2-12” subs.
No one answers the phone when you call. Very disappointing.

Subway: Survival Mode Unlocked
I walked into this Subway today and there were five employees on the clock but only one was actually working. Another was working making cookies. No hello, no how are you from 4 of the 5 people?
The guy making my sandwich did actually speak. What would you like? Yay! Then he used the same knife to open a sauce packet as to cut the bread. He sliced his finger during the process, rang me up, sucked on the cut in his mouth, and then immediately started making the next person’s food. No bandaid. No hand washing. Just straight from Dracula’s deli playbook.
The tables were sticky and they were out of napkins like it is hard to restock the dispenser. Cleaning supplies must be extinct.
And yes, I still ate the sandwich. Hunger makes you do things you regret. I might have had a side of hemoglobin, who knows.
Two people with a mop and gloves could run this store better than the five who were standing around doing nothing.
How does it stay open? Probably the same reason I stayed. Too hungry to leave.
Final thought: Subway isn’t fast food anymore. It is an extreme sport. From a manager, fire 5 , hire 2 that care. Save money, increase profits.
