The employees often seem more focused on joking and playing around with each other than helping customers. One night, I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes before anyone even asked for my order—and I wasn’t the only one waiting. I’ve also had multiple issues with getting the wrong order, receiving cold food, and waiting far longer than makes sense for a simple meal. The location is convenient, especially for drivers like me who don’t have many options along the way, but the service really needs improvement. Hopefully, management will step in soon to fix these issues. Until then, I’ll probably be looking for a better stop while I’m on the road.

But the rest of the crew sucks!👎 One tall light skin girl with afro puff ponytail, Came in and went right to the sandwich area and made the food for her homegirls in the lobby after giving them a hug, even though they were behind 6 other people that were waiting, including myself. Make it so bad I placed a mobile order which was not ready and I waited 15 mins for it. Damn Shame😡 One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Just wrong ,all wrong Time, efficiency, and service is a no!! And furthermore drive-thru isn't the only ones who need their food. If I wasn't in a big rig I would have went to drive -thru, maybe my experience would have been better, NOPE👎😡👎👎👎 Get it together people
