  I’m giving Cristal (Kristal?) 5 stars! Her customer service is great! She was working by herself and working fast to make sure we all had our drinks. She is friendly and awesome! And the drinks are great.

  The chunky white lady with red hair and glasses at the register was rude as all get out. I ordered a shakin espresso my go to drink (runner up is an iced latte). I tasted it and it had nothing but espresso, no flavor no milk. I told her after I tasted it it tastes like nothing but espresso. She rudely says " that's what a shakin espresso is" then she asked to look at the label and said it was made wrong and quickly remade the drink. I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem but definitely didn't appreciate the attitude. I honestly doubt I'll be back. Never had a bad experience until this!

  I was so excited for a dunks to be in town! I'm originally from New England and missed finding a dunks on every corner lol Staff are very friendly and fun to chat with but I do have one issue, as I went to order the lady who assisted me was mopping the floors and then without washing her hands went directly to serving me. I was going to get food as well as a coffee but seeing this poor hygiene I opted not to get food. I hope that sanitation will improve going forward as I've otherwise had a great experience.
