  If I could give lower than 1 starI would have. Don't visited this store unless you have lots of time to wait (20 to 30 monutes) and lots of patience cause it will get tested here

  Went there today in drive thru. Ordered hot fries with my meal and asked Specifically for hot ones. Got food and fries were almost cold. I gave the fries back to them and was asked to move forward and someone would bring out. After waiting 15 mins I went inside and they had not cooked them. I mentioned how long been waiting. She started to give me cold ones again and I said no and that an apology should be given. No one said anything. After another 10 mins they bought the hot ones out and then apologized. Very POOR Customer Service.

  Not even trying to be rude but they always piss me off. I went tonight got an ice cream sundae & it was half filled & it’s always like that ! Last time I complained they filled it up but apparently they’re not “allowed” to fill it up to the top .. only half way.. so what the hell am I paying for? I didn’t get a receipt but I also ordered a 10 piece meal, the guy asked I wanted a medium or large and I said large, I proceed the window with a medium drink but large fry? when I said something about that it was “oh they rung you up for a medium ” ???? I know what I said and ordered but wasn’t trying to be an ass. Idk it’s a bunch of damn kids in there that don’t know what they’re doing and it’s annoying. I shouldn’t have to pass for no half ass ice cream or little drink as a grown woman
