When I reached the pick-up windows, I was asked to pull forward to the curbside service area as they were waiting on my food. I did as asked and waited. And waited. AND WAITED. After 15 minutes of waiting, I could wait no more because I had to get to work before I was late. So, I had to leave without ever receiving my food. I tried to call the location but the call went unanswered. This is not the first time a drive thru wait time has been excessive at this location, but this one was far worse.

Coupons or a free meal will do nothing to rectify the issue. Its simple. Train your staff properly. Stop serving substandard food.
