Once the driver leaves the store it takes them so long to get to me that the app says I hope you enjoy and I havent even gotten my food yet. When I call they lie and say the driver will be here in a a few mins only to show up 20+ mins later. All they are worried about is bumping you off of there screen as fast as possible so they can stay number 1....

My pizza has been marked delivered for over 10 minutes, called and they said should be there in 5 minutes. Still not here. What's the dam point of a tracker if management doesn't enforce the standard. 15 min after marked complete. Then show up without my drink. Whatever, plenty of other choices around.
