  Just like the first post I read the same thing happened to me. Driver left store at 8:58, I live less than five minutes away and at 9:30 no food… I call the store and ask to speak o the manager. I was told ok but it’ll probably be a few minutes, I said that’s fine and he started laughing as he put me on hold. Once the manager picked up he was rude beyond belief and said he is the general manager of this location, I ask for a name he said Jose, I knew by the way the kid was talking… well I’ll know for sure in the morning when I get there to talk to somebody in person but I thought about it and decided I would not take a chance on these guys doing something to my food and called back to cancel the order… the guy I spoke to this time was ok but when I said I’d be over tomorrow to speak to the manager, he said that would be best because he’ll be there in the morning…. I have a very strong feeling Jose is not the general manager and I promise anyone who reads this not to trust the food these guys are delivering, were nothing but a joke and their job is obviously a joke by the way they talk to people, and kids like that will spit on your food and laugh!! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant.

  Repeatedly, EVERY time I order from this location for delivery, they disappoint. Their tracker shows a time when it's delivered and it never gets here until 30-45 minutes later only after having to call and of course get ALL kind of excuses. And I leave 10.00 tips on top of their delivery charge and STILL can't get a pizza under 2 hours and I live in Randleman! Today when I had to call, I got we called because you didn't answer the door and someone said they didn't order pizza???? You didn't call my phone number or come to my door, I was outside waiting on my porch for over an hour. Don't waste your money to pay for delivery, they get lost. Never again, going to use Papa Johns. Expensive lesson I had to learn.

  Everytime I come here, EVERY FREAKING TIME. They send me a notification that my pizzas are boxed and ready I drive my 10 minutes to only get here and still have to wait another 15 EVERY TIME! You can’t make this make any sense don’t tell people their stuff is ready when it is so clearly not even been started on I’m so fed up with it I wish the CEO could see how the employees work

  Order chicken wings and the damn things were still raw with no flavor that I ordered on them. Always forgetting drinks and extra sauces.
