- EVeva vetereNov 15, 20251.0we pull up and a ai took our order after re asking our order 3 times we pull up to the window and mentions to us that they don’t serve SUPREMES at 8:26 and it will be 10 minute wait to get the “lunch” menu (never once has this been an issue, they are supposed to serve it at all times.) after saying okay and say what we want at the window they say they can’t take the order at the window and that we would have to go back around. ridiculous, what work do they do?

Wait staff finally came out to ask what I’d gotten when I exited my car to see what was the problem. Somehow orders got wiped off screen so she was manually taking the orders for what we had paid for. This is an unacceptable practice and needs immediate attention.

The chicken was chewy and Luke warm like it had been sitting under a heat light for hours and the dirty rice was soupy. Not only that, the tea tasted soured. The only thing that tasted good and fresh was the biscuit. Most likely I WILL NOT be giving this location another try.
