  I visited this location for lunch today and I had a very pleasurable experience. The store was clean, the workers were extremely pleasant and the food looked and tasted amazing. Keep up the good work!🥰

  Every time I order from this wingstop something is missing. I still order anyway because the wings are good, just triple check your order in the store if you're doing pickup.

  I dont even think GOD himself would pull up and eat here. Over priced food, no discounts, they make you go online, no simple service like the good old days. Manager is just in charge not actually good at serving customers. Horrible staff, horrible attitude, I personally know an employee named Quita, and she does the best job. Get rid of everybody else and keep her. She has a great spirit and customer service all around. Thanks for your service Ms Quita, you're an angel.💯 *Richard &Angela

  I have ordered twice from this location and both times were absolutely DELICIOUS! The right amount of seasonings and spices, and each delivery was hot. This spot made me fall in love with Wingstop all over again 😍.

  I cannot sing the praises of the Wingstop at 4531 New Bern Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina, enough. Their food is good and I always receive great service there. Tim, the general manager, is a phenomenal leader who makes sure that customers feel valued. Recently, he went out of his way to correct an error that was made by UberEATS. I placed a large pick-up order that totaled over $200. I was out of town and was donating the lunch to a nearby nonprofit. When an employee of the nonprofit came to pick it up, UberEATS had sent the order details, but not the payment, so the order showed up as unpaid. The employee paid for the order after I sent them the money and then almost a couple of hours later, UberEATS charged me for the same order through the app. I tried to get it resolved and UberEATS just kept making me run around in circles. I went to the restaurant and Tim immediately worked hard trying to get me a refund. He called UberEATS and spoke to multiple representatives. They initially told him they would give me a call to resolve the issue so I left the restaurant expecting a call from UberEATS that never came. When I went back to the restaurant a second time, he called them again and when they refused to own up to their mistake, Tim was able to find my order through the restaurant and issue a refund. Best Wingstop ever!!
