  Wendy’s is having problems. They closed several locations in my area. I feel bad for them, so I decided to grab dinner at this location to give them a chance. My family and I showed up at 5:30 pm on a Thursday evening. There were a few cars at the drive-thru but no customers inside the restaurant. I walked inside to order with the idea of eating at the restaurant. There were 3 employees behind the counter doing various tasks. No one greeted me. After a couple of minutes, one of the employees called the employee working the drive-thru to the front counter. I assumed this was to take my order. But, the employee came to the front, filled a drink and returned to the drive-thru. Neither employee greeted me, said “I’ll be with you in a minute” or acknowledged me in anyway. After standing at the counter a few more minutes with still no assistance from any employee, I left. I doubt I will be back to this location. And, I’m unsure if I’ll even give Wendy’s another chance. I long for the days when Dave Thomas (founder) was still in charge.

  Ordered from the drive through and found a hair in my cheeseburger. Avoid this disgusting excuse for a restaurant unless you feel like wasting your money and possibly vomiting

  Ask for a receipt at this location said my order was $19.00 receipt said $14.00 change my for things I didn’t want or order something sketchy is happening here

  I went on 2/14/26 around 11:30 at night. The food was ok, but I wanted to write a review on the cashier lady who served me. She was soooo nice. I really wanted a vanilla frosty but she said they were out and offered the chocolate one (which I do not like). She was so nice that I bought/ate anyways. That warm interaction was the best part of my day. Thank you so much ma'am!

  I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up I told them my name and they told me they had given my order to someone else. I went inside and they said they couldn't remake the order for me nor could they give me my money back. The manager had to talk to another manager on the phone and they said I would have to call the home branch. I called they said they would have the store issue a refund. 3 calls later and 2 weeks I still have no refund. They just gave away my order and took my money.
