  I really don’t usually write too many reviews but I felt inclined to share this and I really hope that the manager at this Wendy’s location or someone from corporate will see/read this feedback. It was late night that I stopped at this Wendy’s location unsure if it was even open and they’d take an order but I was pleasantly surprised with my customer service experience with Charmaine. She has been the best associate in my drive through experience. She shared with me that she works at 2 locations so assuming working multiple shifts, I would imagine she would be exhausted at the end of her shift when I reached there, but she was a delight to speak with and told me about her situation and what she’s going through with her family. I’ve never spoken with a worker at a drive through long enough like that but it was because she was so kind and friendly. I hope she will get a raise to help her financially. Thank you for the incredible service experience, Charmaine.

  The last time couple of times I been here the customer service was TERRIBLE, the drive thru workers are RUDE, food is always cold and never fresh, and to top it all off we have to wait a long time for the food. UNACCEPTABLE! This Wendy’s needs a whole reset or just needs to be shut down.

  The customer service is horrible. The water we ordered had what looked like black dirt all at the bottom. We tried to show the staff, they neither tried to help us rectify the situation or even take the drinks back to see the dirt we were explaining. They only told us it must be the machine, then sent us on our way. I really hate that the service was bad because typically Wendy's is good, but not this location.

  I visited the Wendy’s location on Pooler Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina recently. I have just moved to the Morrisville / Raleigh–Durham area,(from another NC city) and this was my first NC Wendy’s visit since relocating. I primarily visit Wendy’s for the chili. On this visit, I ordered a chili along with a combo meal using an online pickup order. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The chili was extremely watery and lacked the consistency I normally expect. I was also not given any hot sauce or chili sauce with my order. Despite placing the order online, I waited in the drive-thru for well over 10 minutes. Customer service was also lacking. The interaction was very minimal — the window was opened, food was handed over, and that was it. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense of customer engagement or friendliness. Overall, the staff did not come across as welcoming or customer-oriented. Additionally, the sweet tea tasted very poor. This has been my experience with Wendy’s sweet tea previously, so I understand this may be a broader issue, but it was still disappointing. This location is extremely close to both my home and my job, so I was hoping it would be a reliable option. Based on this visit, the food quality and service were well below expectations. I wanted to provide this feedback so the location can review both product quality and customer service standards.
