  Id give it a 0 if I could. I waited over 20 minutes for a single burger fries and drink. Even after ordering ahead. They dont k ow how to make more than one order at a time. No customer service. Old stale food when they finally remember to make my order.

  We placed our order through the drive thru and received stale food. We went inside to correct it and recieved bad attitude from the cashier...... maybe she was having a bad day

  I love thier apple pecan chicken salad and ordered delivery after getting home from hospital. Just like the last time I ordered, my order was incomplete. When I called, I was first told to come back and they’d complete order. I declined. Then they told me to call DoorDash. I asked if DoorDash fulfills the order. No why should they be expected to correct a mistake made by Wendy’s? The time before this, they sent wrong salad and charged me for items I ordered but did not receive. The manager was extremely rude. Interestingly enough, the one on Creedmoor that closed always got my orders correct.

  We stopped at Wendy’s after a day trip about 5:45pm. The place was not busy tow people eating in the restaurant and no one in line. We ordered and since we were eating the clerk said he will bring it out. First the food was on point, but there were dirty tables- no napkins- no salt pepper or ketchup available for self service. Just after we sat down and got our food and then had to go back up for napkins pepper and ketchup there were two people that came in and had to wait several minutes also someone that went thru the drive thru was waiting. Not sure if there is staff or service issue but they could not handle the The high volume that we saw go through the Chick-fil-A that is directly across the street. If Wendy’s wanna stay competitive, they need to step it up. Closing unprofitable or marginal stores does not change service issues.
