Drive back and show the sandwich if I wanted a credit. Needless to say I won't order from this location again. Customer service is a joke

On request for help she consistently dismissed them to sit in the back. The general// district manager should look into this immediately as it’s already inappropriate to have kids running a store on their own, but to have an inadequate manager running the shift is unacceptable especially when serving food.

I checked the bag in the car, and saw that I received a bowl, but upon taking off the lid and moving the berries around once at home, I found out no Nutella was hidden anywhere. At this point, they were closed for the night, so couldn't call about it. I was really looking forward to the Nutella as a treat. The bananas were also brown in it. Also, previously I ordered a smoothie on a different visit and had to throw it out because it was so crunchy with unblended ice. Sad...
