  I ordered a big beef burrito supreme, and it was to go. I got home and it was nothing but a tortilla wrap filled full of bean paste. There was no sour cream. There was no beef. There was no cheese. It was nothing but beans.. Even a Bean burrito has got more than that in it. So no, I do not think it was a confusion on what I ordered because it also cost me nine dollars. I’ve tried to call them several times and I always get a fast busy they’re not online and they do not have a phone service. Nine Dollar lesson learned never going back there again save your money go somewhere else.

  I purchased 3 food items and a large freeze and was given three different items and the manager on site changed my large freeze to a small. Food was hard and cold.

  Ordered a black bean Crunchwrap through the app and got a ground beef Crunchwrap instead. I’m a vegan. How do you screw something so simple up?

  I placed my order at 9:22 got to the drive through at 9:25. I had two cars in front of me and my food wasn’t given to me until 9:53. First I thought maybe the first two cars had large orders, but I waited 10 minutes to get my food once I got to the window. No one came to the window to address me and at times no one was at the window. When someone finally came to the window they tried to give me someone else’s order, then had to wait even more for the fries and when I got my order I checked it because at this point I have no faith in their ability, missing the side of cheese for fries. I’m sorry, I don’t have super high expectations for fast food, but this was ridiculous. I ordered two items for $11 at least you could get it out quickly. I don’t go here that frequently but this is the second time in a row I waited thirty minutes. Never again. Side note while I was waiting I had the time to notice their sanitation score is 95.5
