  Probably had my one millionth taco tonight at my regular TB, nestled off Glenwood Avenue, in scenic Raleigh, NC. I don't have high expectations when it comes to fast food. I work in the service industry also and I get it, trust me. People suck. This Taco Bell location has all the lovely clientele that I'm familiar with, as I work a few miles down the road. They also have to deal with all the food delivery people and face it, not all of those delivery folks are cool. That being said, this is MY Taco Bell, and I love it. They never mess up my order, the food is always delicious, and usually very quick to come out! I would also like to note that the crunchy tacos at this location are actually crunchy! I know, I know. Unbelievable! The staff deserves raises all around. ♥️

  James is exceptional. I was ordering for someone with a severe dairy allergy. James was confident and knowledgeable about the menu items and their ingredients. Not only that but he was helpful, kind and has outstanding customer service. Dealing with dairy allergy is difficult and people more often than not, do not have patience about it, ESPECIALLY at fast food places. It makes eating outside of the house dreadful. James was amazing and hands down the best Taco Bell interaction I have ever had (which has been a lot). Even when held up against other fast food AND dine in restaurants, James was exceptional.

  Mike & Audrey WERE THE BEST EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS! They were so pleasant kind and caring while we placed our order through the drive through. ALL TACO BELL EMPLOYEES CAN LEARN FROM THERE EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE. The care for there position was reflected in how great our food tasted 100/10 service love love love this Taco Bell because of these workers, they truly made an impact on our day keep up the great work Audrey & Mike you deserve to also be treated for such great character since it is very rare these days! ❤️ 🌮 yum
