  The restaurant was DISGUSTING! Not a single thing in there had been wiped down. There was food and drink residue everywhere. I went to get a few packets of sauce and it was sticky everywhere. Don’t even bother using the restrooms. I don’t mind having to ask for a key to unlock the door, but once you get inside it’s horrifying. One of the toilets was close overflowing with feces on the toilet. The second stall wasn’t any better. An employee went in there before I did, so I know they were aware of what the bathroom situation was looking like. Unfortunately, it did not look like the restaurant had gotten messy earlier in the day. It seems to me that they really don’t clean as much as they should, especially with customers eating in their dining area.

  Coffee was on the menu, so I ordered and paid for it, and then informed that they do not have coffee and I had to mention it and they offered me a drink which I do not drink. Ugh!!! This is how I spent my lunch break. Never again!

  Guy who took the order was rude as heck. Definitely needs an attitude check. I work in fast food there’s no need to get like that from the get go. Slamming the window and all:/ and drinks not carbonated :((( no name tag must do it allot

  A couple of weeks ago, we tried to put in an order, but they made my spouse wait 15 minutes at the drive-thru window citing being "backed up" despite no cars being in front of him. He eventually left and got food elsewhere. Today they took our order: 1 crunchwrap, 1 cheesy bean and rice burrito, and 1 cantina chicken burrito. We were charged for all three items. We just now got home and the order is missing the cheesy bean and rice burrito, and it is also missing off the receipt. Why was I charged for it then? It looks like this happened to another reviewer a couple of months ago, too. I won't be going back. What a waste of time.

  Ok so these people they don’t even ask which door dash delivery driver is waiting for them in the lobby a poor guy trying to work and feed his family waiting for one single order for 4 hours is ridiculous not only they treat every single delivery driver like shit they all need to be fired and a new better staff need to be accommodated they need to how to work drive through or delivery guys everybody there to pick thier food and leave they don’t have any right to make them wait for 4-5 hours!!
