  I saw the sign out front that said “student discount: sandwich, drink, and chips for $5”. I changed my plans and went to Subway literally because of this deal. When I got to the cash register and showed the lady my NC State student ID she said that the deal was only for Leesville High School students and charged me $7.50 for just the sandwich, wouldn’t budge. I told her they need to change the sign if those are the terms of the deal, she didn’t seem to care. Food was fine, customer service and false advertising obviously not so great.

  This place is good, 1 person working Saturday till 3pm she is really rude, I have veggie sub order on line she still making my order I put extra lettuce she don’t want to put extra because I got subway is BOGO, she said see can’t not put extra because you get free she argued with me and she said she’s working lat 20 years in sub way, please this please need to change this operator this is 3 times happen to me, I went today 2:35pm.

  I placed my order at 8:40, i arrived to the store at about 9:10, and when i walked in, the lady seemed upset that i was walking in after close, i apologized and said i’m sorry i thought you guys closed at 9:30. She had all the ingredients put away, nothing left on the line. The food was ready though. i walked out and looked at the hours sign that DID say that the store closed at 9:30, so she was closing early on her own terms, and would have been screwed if someone placed another order before 9:30. anyway, i went home and opened my sandwich, my steak and cheese, she had added guacamole to it, not sure if this was just out of spite but whatever, i still ate it, the true issue is that my fiancé got home at about 11:00 after working a long day, she was the whole reason i went to subway because that’s what she wanted for dinner. well she opened her sandwich just to find that she had put onions on it, which my fiancé CANT eat. so we had to throw the sandwich away, and she had to wait longer for dinner after just working a double shift at her job. Extremely frustrating solely because they both had one thing wrong with them, like it was done on purpose. Just seemed careless and out of spite.
