    Hire better workers ! They are lazy and slow. I was kept waiting for 40 minutes. And they are very rude.

    Came for a slushie, never got it 30 min later after ordering. I left. Can't believe I stayed that long lol. Anywho never coming back. Sad there is not a decent sonic nearby. Terrible customer service at this one 😣

    I'm not sure what this drink is i received but I'm sure it wasnt the cherry limeade slushie... this sonic looks abandoned. I was hesitant to even pull in the parking lot..

    Pulled into the drive thru and was told to pull forward no order taken, after 5 minutes I pulled into a stall and tried ordering there… place the order card reader down, cashier said they’ll bring payment. 35 minutes later still no food and the original car in the drive thru that was there before I got there still there. Good thing card readers were down in that stall who knows how long I would’ve waited. Two staff members were out sitting on the bench so not sure if it was the best use of labor seeing as most people were just leaving without food.

    I ordered a triple bacon smash all American burger. I recieved a burger with no toppings, no bacon at all and it was burnt. Not only were the patties burnt but the cheese was completely black and hardened. You could tell how bad it was burnt by the smell in the bag before even seeing the burger. I don’t understand how someone thought that sending this out of the kitchen to a disabled person was ok. Completely inedible. I also ordered a vanilla and banana with extra caramel shake. Instead I recieved a strawberry shake. Wasted 22$
