April and her son and daughter are VERY rude… Kaitlyn is very drama driven and rude. I wouldn’t work there or buy food from there.

Customer service at it's WORST. Person at check out windows was less tha personable. Attempted to ask a question twice and had the windows shut in my face both times. Rude, rude, rude! I will NEVER return to this location.

Soggy container like the burger had been sitting. We've given this location a try a few times and something is usually wrong, burnt, or poorly made.

Corey & Kevin! This is the second time I've come by here while yall are working and I must say this is the best second I've been to. Food is always HOT, ACCURATE AND ON TIME!! It must be a great team dynamic and work culture in there. I stay in Fayetteville but frequent Raleigh often. NO SONIC IN FAYETTEVILLE CAN TOP YOU! I hope corporate sees this and shows employee recognition. Thank you thank you thank you!

⚠️NO ONE IS TRAINED EVERYONE IS INCOMPETENT ⚠️ They let me place my order for a meal and a recees shake without telling me they don’t have reeces and came me an m&m shake instead. Ok. Then nothing in my bag was what I ordered. My girlfriend was also missing items and they brought the wrong drink for her. They charged us for the wrong items and after about 15 minutes of back and forth we wanted a refund on a side items because our food was cold now. Days later she realized they charged her card again for both of our orders instead of refunding a couple dollars.
