  Thet don't have any menu signs up and no seating of any kind but the crew works hard and fast to make their delicious pizza.

  I ordered a pizza Thursday night around 11-30pm they said it would be delivered between 12:15 am 12:30 though door dash. When I rechecked after 12:30 the app said it would be here between 1:00 and 1:30. So I called the store n they were closed nobody called me to let me know anything about they couldn't find a door dash driver. I called this afternoon and spoke the manager and all he said was they couldn't find a door dash driver to deliver my order l.

  Terrible service. It’s useless—the staff doesn't serve the food on time. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all; if I had to sum it up in one word, it would be AWFUL.

  Customer service at this location is really terrible. The franchise owner needs to completely restaff or relocate. I had a heavy set black woman with a gold bull nose piercing who is always extremely rude to me as a dasher. This location already doesn't have drivers and she makes me want to pause all orders at this location and suggest to other drivers that they do the same. She is both rude and non chalant all in one and it makes for a bad restaurant aesthetic. Its almost as if she's good at everything the company may need her to do EXCEPT be a decent human to customers. And sure she may have been the only person but then WHY THE HECK would management have her and a young white girl on a SUNDAY ALONE. Whole location isn't thinking clearly And y'all already don't have drivers...why make people wanna pause the store...then what?

  I ordered a pan pizza, and it was supposed to be ready around 7:45pm. I show up at 8:05pm, and it's still not ready. After waiting inside about 15 minutes, the female employee comes up to me to tell me they don't have any dough for the pan pizza. She offered to make it as a regular pizza. Keep in mind, that the pan pizza costs twice as much as the hand tossed. I specifically came there for pan. They could have called me when I placed the order to tell me they were out. I could have done something else. Instead, I wasted a whole hour with nothing in return. She didn't offer any coupons, other pizzas, papadia, or anything. Absolute terrible customer service. Now I lost my Papa dough points because of this order. This store needs to just close down. Wish I could give zero stars, but 1 is the lowest
