  The wholesome feeling of "community" at this Panera Bread is enhanced by nutritious/delicious food efficiently prepared and served by people with sincere smiles, easygoing banter, gentle hearts, and good will. For over two years, I have attended a weekly, Saturday morning, Free Thinkers discussion group here. Please join us. Panera will help us make you feel at home.

  I ordered at 3:12 p.m. and use the kiosk. The notification said my mail would be ready by 3:16 p.m. . Around 3:20 I noticed a plate in the pickup area that appeared to have my sandwich on it but not in my soup. The stuff seemed to be extraordinarily busy feeling a large presumably pick up bag with a large order. I was next in line on the display saying which order was being prepped for 20 whole minutes. My food finally arrived at 3:32 p.m. . I had to ask for a spoon and failed to notice that my baguette was not there. When I filled my cup with coffee and went to a table, I discovered that my sandwich was nearly Stone Cold and my soup had cooled significantly on top but still had a little bit of warmth in the bottom. The coffee was barely lukewarm. I had waited so long at this stage that I had no further interest in trying to get the problem rectified in the cafe. This was probably the worst Panera experience I have ever had. I would not go back to this Panera ever.

  The manager of this location took it upon himself to call me when a very small part of my Uber order was not available. He offered alternatives and was just a generally very helpful, most locations would just either neglect to do anything about it or put in the wrong item with no explanation. I found it really great that he thought to reach out and was so kind. I love Panera!

  We used Panera on Landmark for several large catering orders this past weekend including coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Everything from ordering with Cody, to modifications with Kyle, and delivery by Scott has been flawless. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with even as we've made several adjustments. I would highly recommend Panera for your catering needs!
