- ABAJ BartlettApr 4, 20262.0Ordered rapid pick up. Showed up on time and no bag in the pickup area. I waited for it to show for about 5-10 minutes. Turns out they just put it on the dine in pick up shelf and they dont tell anyone. Light roast and dark roast were both out of coffee. Store was basically dead this morning. Is there not a manager, that keeps things tight? Pretty sorry excuse for a Panera.

When the customer put money in the cashier’s hand it is only right that the cashier put the money back in the customer’s hand and not on the countertop. I explained to the cashier the importance of that. The manager on duty come up as I was explaining and say it’s just money. At that time my voice level got higher and I said give my money back i don’t want anything from here. Please train better at this location.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU LOOK EVEN A LITTLE DIFFERENT THEY WILL JUDGE YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL AWFUL ABOUT YOURSELF. Spoke to Kirk the manager who stated he would be speaking to them. @panerabread hire better employees.
