  I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. When my mother and I walked in, no one greeted us or acknowledged us at all. No human appeared to take our order. None of the staff even looked in our direction. The manager on duty even walked right past another female customer who was placing her order and did not acknowledge her either. My mother also witnessed the manager taking a customer’s order, touching other surfaces, and then continuing to handle food without washing their hands, which was very concerning. Our order took much longer than I’ve ever waited at any Panera location. Two customers who ordered after me received their food quickly, yet ours took significantly longer. When the employee finally bagged our order, she avoided eye contact with both of us and kept looking down while placing the bag on the counter. A good 3 seconds passed and I had to grab the bag myself to see if it was mine. She barely muttered a few inaudible words. None of the three sandwiches were labeled—not even the one with the customization—so we had no way of knowing which was which. Overall, the staff acted as if there were no customers present. It felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. This location seriously needs better staff, better training, and attention to customer service.

  I visited this location for quick breakfast, I love their drinks, taste way better than Starbucks! Love their freshly baked pastries. My interaction with employees were pleasant. Has outside sitting area as well as plenty inside. Inside could be a little more clean but overall not bad

  Ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and I received a cup full of liquid. It had 2-3 small pieces of chicken and about 3-4 broken noodle pieces, not a full size noodle or even a half size piece. This seems utterly upsetting when Panera Bread's bowl of soup is like $8!! I'm also sick and I was relying on these two bowls of soup as food for the next day or so as I have a limited appetite. I called the store to tell the manager my item was incorrect, and it mostly seemed like he didnt believe what I said. He offered to mail me a pick two coupon, which is fine and did 'fix/solve' the problem. This manager must have had his ears in another place because he just simply wasn't fully listening to what I had to say, or my address. :) Told him I live at blah blah blah blah way, zebulon, and he said blah blah blah ROAD, Raleigh? Unsure how he got his Z's and R's confused, but I'll bet it's how my chicken noodle soup bowl came with 96% broth, 2% chicken and 2% noodles! 0/10 - Would not recommend this panera location!
