  This morning I picked up an order at the drive through window. The lady working the window was so gentle and kind! She told me good morning. How wonderful to have this lady working in your business!

  I believe it was renovated about a year ago, but whenever I visit—starting right from the sidewalk outside, where the tables are located, and extending throughout the entire dining area—it is always dirty! It’s incredible that such a good place could be so neglected at the same time! It looks like it doesn't even have a manager.

  I was order the grill chicken salad but when I got back to my office there were no chicken at all. I paying $15 for the 1 egg salad? I’m try to call the store but no one answer and hangs up on me for all 3 times. Such a terrible customer service.

  This is my usual Panera, since it's the closest to my home. Today, as I was driving my man home from a surgery & 2-day stay in the hospital, we stopped to pick up a meal. Being a Saturday, it was understandably busy. We placed our order & waited in line. It took about 20 minutes. When we got to the pick-up window, we paid & then waited at least 15 more minutes. Then the server came back to tell us that our order was still being made & told us to go wait in front for them to bring our order out. We did & it came right away. They gave us a couple of cookies as an apology, which was nice. However, when we got home & opened it, my Strawberry Chicken Poppyseed Salad had no chicken in it! Not just a little, but none! It literally has the name chicken

  Thank you Janai for greeting me and taking my order. You were so nice to me and made me feel welcomed. I appreciate you. I ordered a loaf of sourdough bread and the bread was amazing so soft and fresh.
