Server took around 15 plus minutes to split the check and bring our dessert. On top of this, he didn’t ask how we liked our food, had to be told to bring out water and bread twice, and was super slow. Our food wasn’t even good either. All our plates (including salad and appetizer) were left out the entire meal. Will never come back.

Amy, was just amazing she had such great customer service skills and her ability to make us feel comfortable helped us enjoy our experience here tonight 10/10 make sure you asked for her when you come you will not be disappointed. Thanks Amy!!!!!
I like outback I really do but this one is terrible . So I get my lobster tails grilled and one steamed all the time but today my grilled came out uncooked even with the shell not being fully red, that was sign it wasn’t done but not everyone pays attention to signs. Then I said just bring me a grilled one do you know this came out uncooked and the manager had the audacity to say we put them on a timer so u don’t check food to make sure it’s done before it goes out you just go off a timer. Ruined my lunch and wasted my lunch break and all she can say is you don’t have to worry about heifer what about my stomach leaving hungry for lunch and coming back hungry is diabolical
I’ve never had a bad filet at the Outback Steakhouse, so food gets an A. Our server was trying really hard and definitely friendly. What he didn’t know, so unfair to him, is that we like service to be great but mostly invisible (I know, we’re very spoiled), so service gets an A too. The restaurant itself is like a very average chain, sort of like an Applebee’s. Not horrible, but not amazing either. And the booth was uncomfortable to slide into. Granted, I’m overweight and have a beer belly, but I’m not 300+ pounds either, so still expect some clearance. I don’t think that’s an unreasonable expectation. Food great; service almost great and definitely good, and atmosphere good enough. And I love the Outback’s filet mignon’s; that’s all I ever order there. However, my son, a foodie with a solid track record, said his salad was definitely above average. My wife, who has a palate so sensitive she should be a professional food taster, told me her salmon was OK; it was clearly not wild salmon and, because it was farmed, was a little fatty, as farmed salmon tends to be. I think she’d be OK with rating it a B+.
Used curb service for takeout last night. The burgers were well packaged, hot, and juicy. I got to the restaurant earlier than scheduled but the gentlemen bringing food out to another waiting patron, saw me and offered to push my order along. Very pleasant experience for a takeout meal!
