  I recently visited Outback on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, and I had such a great experience that I felt it was worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff made everything feel easy and enjoyable. The food and drinks were just as good as you’d hope. Freah, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you go out to relax and have a good meal. What really stood out to me, though, was the service, especially from Cody Bolick. I’ve interacted with him a few times when picking up to-go orders, and he’s always been kind, respectful, and professional. This time dining in, he went out of his way to acknowledge me, welcome me in, and make sure everything was going smoothly. It wasn’t over-the-top or forced, just genuine, thoughtful service that you don’t always come across. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, and that kind of consistency really makes a difference. I truly appreciate the effort he puts in, and it’s a big part of why I’ll continue coming back. Great food is one thing, but great people are what keep you returning, and Cody is a perfect example of that.

  Everyone knows that Outback has awesome food and this location is no exception. However the servers are what keeps us coming back. Next time you are near the North Raleigh Outback and you are looking for great food and awesome, friendly service definitely stop on by. Ask for Mikayla. With her friendly personality and great service, she will cause you to want to return to this location again and again!

  Cody Bolick, Lets just say my last experience at this restaurant was less than pleasant. But with no hesitation CODY BOLICK, address my issues head on he was very friendly & understanding to the issue at hand & that's what I appreciate...I was even a little reluctant to come back. But Thank you Cody for restoring a lot faith in my restaurant experience again!!!! Awesome Job😎

  Cody Bolick, the Takeout Manager at Outback, provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I arrived, my order was hot, ready, and neatly packaged, everything was organized with care and attention to detail. Cody greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude. He was friendly, professional, and worked at an efficient pace. When I asked for additional condiments, he didn’t hesitate, he quickly retrieved everything I needed and returned with the same positive energy. His customer service skills are truly top tier. It’s rare to encounter someone who brings that level of excellence, consistency, and positivity to their role. Cody deserves to be recognized in a very special way at your next staff meeting. Employees like him set the standard, honestly, his approach to customer service is something that could be used as a model for professional development trainings. An outstanding experience!
