  I wa actually looking forward to taking my nephew to this brand new location. I was highly disappointed with the slow service and confusion of orders. Fries were undercooked also. Sweet tea was over sweet like syrrup

  **** STAY AWAY - WORST LOCATION ***** This location and staff absolutely is a 0 out of 5. I have been here numerous times at all hours to see if it was the "grand Opening" issues. HORRIBLE food, service, & attitudes. Bad employees that are nasty and don't care at all. Down right dangerously old food. I wouldn't be surprised if people are getting sick, as i did from one meal. The health department needs to shut this location down asap. Fire the franchise owner and GM.

  This place stinks 💯 and am not even kidding. The floors are sticky and it’s like disorganized. Very disappointing for a brand new place

  It is a clean location most of the time, but the staff is never running the register so if you have a problem with an order it is impossible to fix. The last two days the ice coffee has been burned and with out any cream. It wasn't like this at the gran opening but has gone down hill very quickly.

  Sigh... I just asked for a Big Mac with the side of fries. He said a side of what. Me: a side of fries. He yet again asked a side of what. Inner monologue ( what other side would I want with my big Mac other than fries, And nothing else sounds like fries.) They always forget sauce, the people they were rude, (I don't expect them to be ecstatic just don't make you working at McDonald's my problem) And the couple times I've been there they made the order wrong. Rather just go to Knightdale. (This is really just a training issue. They might have just opened the doors a little too fast. So I'll probably be back in a couple of months to see if it got better)
