- MCMatthew CollinsMar 18, 20261.0Last visit I was not provided a receipt so I could not file a complaint, but I ordered a Big Mac meal and chicken nuggets and I received 5 mcChickens. I am always asked to pull up to a drive thru spot when ordering and receiving the wrong order. This also defeats the purpose of the drive thru as you have to back up out of a parking spot in a busy area and do another lap to leave. Today I went for lunch and was again asked to pull up to a drive thru spot, I politely declined as last time I received the wrong order, and the manager or employee rolled her eyes and instantly grabbed the bag and handed it to me.. What is the point of asking customers to pull up if it is literally right there.. I will never return to this location. And whoever owns the restaurant shouldn't really question why they are losing money as its pretty obvious.

- MWMelody WMar 7, 20261.0Did mobile order and waited in line for over 20 minutes before just having too leave. It was about 10:40 when I arrived. There were 3 cars ahead of me. The first car took forever and then the lady came back, walked up to the window while the now second car was waiting for their order. Guess she was still having an issue with her order. It's now 11 pm still not moving. Finally I'm too tired for this crap and if they did get my large fry ready I'm sure it's cold by now. Try to cancel my order but it says my order is already prepared. Cool I just have to wait God knows how much longer for cold fries . I decided to take the $1.50 loss along with almost 30 minutes of my time and go home to bed. Creedmoor Rd location.
