  The old lady who are the manager of the store during the daytime she is a very bad behavior even when you say hi or hello she’s not replying and she’s talking very bad. She’s very tired. Don’t like to work and take care of the customers.

  I haven’t been to McDonalds in a year or so for just about every reason, and it’s cheaper and better to got chilis almost across the street. But holy hell, this was by far the worst dining experience you could draw up. The ordering kiosk thing was slow and really clunky to remove all the nonsense they put on every entree. Then the payment thing wasn’t working on any of them. No big deal you think. The printer also isn’t working to get a receipt to go attempt to pay at the cashier, so much fun. I got walked by 20-30 times by a few different employees with no attempt to acknowledge me and why I’m standing in front of the register. Finally, someone decided to stop and ask what’s going on and I was able to pay. While waiting in this environment that has a lot in common temperature wise with hell, I finally get my food and it was so much worst than anything I remember getting at McDonalds in years past. Couldn’t finish my burger. Literally the only reason we ate here was to get the demon hunter meal for my daughter. Great job by marketing to get me in here. I will not make this mistake again. I’d rather buy from a scalper on eBay than deal with this horrible instance of any attempt of customer service. Walking out to your car is wildly dangerous, and they have cars park to block the crosswalk.

  We are VERY disappointed in the customer service at this location. We ordered food through the app, we had paid and had code ready to show However, not only the food wasn't ready, they had no record of it, and they would not make it after showing the order tracker. Disappointed. Now we have no food and we are late for our meeting 😪

  If you like waiting 30 minutes in drive-thru for food that's cold and stale this is your place. You would think they were making it from scratch.

  they are always so rude. they get so mad when you don’t have a code available right away. even though i’m a paying customer they act like its a huge inconvenience. please talk to your employees because the way they act over a code is crazy.
