You lost 15+ customers during that timeframe due to how long it took to take their order(s). Hell, I got stuck at the ordering menu for 10+ minutes. Who ever your management consists of, they really should be looking for a new job. How does corporate even find that acceptable? Your working conditions must be barbaric.
