  This sounds petty, but put napkins in the bags. There’s no napkins anywhere. Not out on the counters, not by the register, nowhere to be found. And when you ask for them, you get an attitude. This is a sub shop - people need napkins. Stop holding them hostage!

  Sandwich wasn't bad but was lacking. I ordered online and the avocado was forgotten on my beach club. 6 slices of cheese and like 2 slices of turkey I have tried this location another couple of times because of the online coupons and it is probably the worst JJs location I've ever had. It is very disappointing because I used to love JJs and I work downtown but I probably won't ever order from here again.

  Online orders typically take 45+ minutes. Staff is usually zonked out. Waited for an additional 20 minutes for a very simple online order that was sitting on the counter behind them and the cashier was like "they're working on your order, it will be ready in a few minutes" and didn't realize it was already made.

  Quickest lunch downtown. I've found the employees to always be friendly. You do sometimes have to be careful about when you go as they can get very busy with conventions going on right across the street.
