It’s hard for me to leave a negative review because I understand that frontline employees often get the blame, when in reality, these types of consistent issues are almost always a reflection of management and operational decisions, not the individuals working the counter.
Unfortunately, this location has steadily declined over time. While it’s very convenient to where I live, I’ve reached a point where I can no longer justify returning. Each visit, the store appears to be understaffed, which leads to slow service. Jimmy John’s built its reputation on being “freaky fast,” but that is no longer the case here.
My biggest concern, however, is order accuracy. I am very clear when placing orders. The modifications are always listed correctly on the receipt, yet my sandwich is consistently made incorrectly. My order is simple, “no mayonnaise, add cheese”, yet it is almost always wrong. To the point that it’s almost comical.
In addition, the overall experience has declined. Staff often seem overwhelmed or distracted, the store is not well-maintained, and ingredients are frequently unavailable in the evening.
Based on these repeated issues, I would not recommend this location.
If ownership or management is reading this, I strongly encourage improvements in staffing, training, and overall operational standards.
