The cashier didn't understand my fries order and her manager stepped in to assist us. A slight language barrier but with a professional display of patience the manager helped the cashier and I was able to order 'light' cooked fries. The manager stepped back to the cook to ensure my fries were cooked light. In summary, the overall energy was great from cashier, prep, cook and leadership. I'm very finicky about my grilled dog and fries not being overcooked. Six months ago I returned my fries twice, do I took a break from 5Guys. Glad it's back on point with quality services.

I went in to pick up the order at 8:20 the order wasn't ready. Which was fine more and more time went by they were busy so understood the order maybe not being ready at the exact time I was quoted online. But I waited an additional 45 minutes and got concerned when I seen someone who ordered in store got there order and many other people who placed they order in store. So I went up to the desk and asked the lady working there how much longer would the wait be she said they were busy and it might take ANOTHER 30 mins or SO. At that point I requested to cancel my order, she then went and got her extremely rude manager who basically smirked while I complained about the wait and then walked off mumbling something that I couldn't understand. So much so to the point where I had to ask the lady working did he state he was going to cancel my order and he replied yes I told her that with an attitude. I'm not sure what they had going on tonight but this was unacceptable customer service and I WON'T BE SPENDING MY MONEY HERE AGAIN!!!! 0 OUT 10 wouldn't recommend.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
