Wings tasted like butter and nothing else. Nevermind the BBQ or Hot Honey Rub I ordered. Literally NO Flavor at all. This was my 2nd time coming after waiting at least 6 months between the first terrible experience and I wish I hadn’t spent my money. Like how can you mess up wings so bad?? There was oil and very little sauce in the bottom of the plate, nothing on the wings. Get a better saucing method and add more sauce to the wings. Ridiculous!

"Manager" very rude, dismissive. Order was given to the wrong person and Manager refused to remake order and just shrugged their shoulders. Terrible experience. Avoid this location. I would give 1 star on the food but I never received it.

Both times we have ordered delivery from Wingstop, the ranch containers have leaked all over the bag and onto my floor. This has nothing to do with the delivery drivers and everything to do with how the food is packaged. The ranch is placed at the bottom of the bag, where it gets crushed during delivery and spills everywhere.
These are the only two times we have ordered delivery, and both times the same thing happened. When I spoke with the manager, she said they tell the delivery drivers to be careful, which tells me they are already aware this is an ongoing issue. A simple solution would be to place the ranch containers inside the food boxes so they are protected.
On top of that, when I called the store twice to report the issue, I was not greeted at all. No hello, no thank you for calling Wingstop, and no request to place me on hold. The phone was simply picked up and set down, and I could hear customers talking in the background. It felt very rude and unprofessional.
Between the repeated packaging problems and the poor customer service, I believe this will be our last time placing an order from this location and likely from Wingstop altogether.

Terrible!!! Ordered mild, garlic Parmesan and honey hot. The mild had no sauce and sitting in grease. The garlic Parmesan was barely sauced with the Parmesan clumped up in grease. The honey hot had no sauce either, just spicy grease.
