I really wanted a vanilla frosty but she said they were out and offered the chocolate one (which I do not like). She was so nice that I bought/ate anyways. That warm interaction was the best part of my day. Thank you so much ma'am!

I went inside and they said they couldn't remake the order for me nor could they give me my money back. The manager had to talk to another manager on the phone and they said I would have to call the home branch. I called they said they would have the store issue a refund. 3 calls later and 2 weeks I still have no refund. They just gave away my order and took my money.
