  I did a mobile order and even though I got my food in a timely manner. The person that helped me was very rude. I asked her a question about my frosty because it didn’t look right and she just said “it’s right” and shut the window in my face. I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for a long time but the service here has gotten worst over time.

  Do not eat inside!!!!! Don’t do it!!! They don’t care about walkins! 30-40 mins for fast food is not reasonable. The employees were working hard but not enough staff and I blame the manager and or owner. If my good doesn’t drop soon I’ll ask for a refund and go to Zaxbys who has tons of help.

  They stole $20 from me. Placed an online breakfast order, got to the drive through only to be told that they don’t have breakfast because they opened late. Despite the fact that they didn’t update their hours and were still accepting orders for food they weren’t making. Was told to cancel. App wouldn’t let me cancel because the order had already been processed. Asked if I could just exchange the items for something else, was told no because “inventory has to match”. Walked out of the store $20 poorer and just as hungry as before. What a joke.

  Do not go here to eat inside. They seem to be more concerned about the drive through than the dining room. I waited 3-5 minutes and no one took my order. Go to the Zaxbys across the street. Can’t even speak about the food or service, no one ever even acknowledged me. They looked at me, but guess I wasn’t their job. Pathetic. NOTE: photo taken from the Zaxbys parking lot.
