  I visited the Wendy’s location on Pooler Avenue in Raleigh, North Carolina recently. I have just moved to the Morrisville / Raleigh–Durham area,(from another NC city) and this was my first NC Wendy’s visit since relocating. I primarily visit Wendy’s for the chili. On this visit, I ordered a chili along with a combo meal using an online pickup order. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The chili was extremely watery and lacked the consistency I normally expect. I was also not given any hot sauce or chili sauce with my order. Despite placing the order online, I waited in the drive-thru for well over 10 minutes. Customer service was also lacking. The interaction was very minimal — the window was opened, food was handed over, and that was it. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no sense of customer engagement or friendliness. Overall, the staff did not come across as welcoming or customer-oriented. Additionally, the sweet tea tasted very poor. This has been my experience with Wendy’s sweet tea previously, so I understand this may be a broader issue, but it was still disappointing. This location is extremely close to both my home and my job, so I was hoping it would be a reliable option. Based on this visit, the food quality and service were well below expectations. I wanted to provide this feedback so the location can review both product quality and customer service standards.

  The worst part of when you want to eat is when your bun is hard as a rock and the burger is extremely undercooked. Gotta do better Wendy's

  Mean staff with rude behavior. I asked for a glass of water and the person at the pick up door behaved as if I asked them a share in their property. There are many other Wendy’s locations near by please go there and avoid this place.

  No receipt given, food missing, new chicken tenders were suspicious, bad meat. The drive thru worker was rude. Definitely won’t be returning
