  I visited this location, and had a great experience I was offered the new product as well as an upsize on my meals, and because I was offered I did the up size. I was also offered dessert and might I say that cookie was so fresh I went inside and ordered 5 more and was greeted with a smile. I give this Wendy’s a 5 star rating, and will definitely return!

  Absolutely abismal customer service. Lady taking the order didn't put in the right order, so when we mentioned it was supposed to be a large and she got what we were supposed to get, she replied with a snarky "well you didn't pay for it." We bit our tongue at her comment. Everyone else in the back seemed to be nice, audibally shocked when we ordered 30 nuggets. They were also out of chocolate frosties and out of honey mustard.

  I know that these kind of fast food places have a hard time keeping staff and are short staffed most of the time. But it is called fast food for a reason, it is supposed to be in you hands fast. I sat in line for over ten minutes to order my food and waited for over fifteen minutes and they still got it wrong. I only ordered a burger and fries, a drink and a frosty. What I got was a bag and a frosty and drink, I pulled over in the parking lot and opened the bag and there was the burger and no fries. I got out of my car and went inside and still had to wait another five minutes to get my fries. Long story short, I spent my whole lunch getting my food. It should have taken fifteen or twenty minutes to get my food.for what they charge for food, the service should be a lot better.

  It's a semi new building and location. But the person working the drive thru (appears to be a manager/supervisor) is rude and short for no apparent reason. He should consider another line of work.

  Waited a while at the drive through. Cars in front of me drive off, tired if waiting. I wish I'd done the same. It took a while before someone helped me at the drive in window. The food was subpar. The fries weren't hot and had a greasy taste. I ended up tossing them. My chicken sandwich wasn't much better. I'd be hard pressed to return.
