This was after I made the mistake of asking for my receipt.Because I forgot to give them my phone for my rewards points. I waited twelve minutes for nuggets and fries that were both cold when I finally walked in to get them. During this wait, four other cars went through the drive through, got their food, and left. Then they had the audacity to tell me that they were waiting on the fries... So I should assume that all 4 of the cars behind me did not get a single French fry.....sure. service has gotten worse and worse at this location in the last twelve years that I have lived over here. Never again. I will drive over to White Oak.

I'll never go back to this location to be treated this disrespectfully again. I'll spend my hard earned money where it's deserving and appreciated!
